Damaged or Faulty books:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, you must contact Proud Little Muslims at the earliest opportunity after you discover the fault or defect (provided that you shall be deemed to have inspected the Product as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and in no case longer than 14 days after receiving the product).
You will also have the right to a refund if we fail to deliver your order within 40 days after the date you placed the order.
If your order is deemed faulty or defective or if your order is not delivered within 40 days, We shall be responsible for all sums paid (including initial and re-delivery charges (if any) in respect of the Order in question.

For the avoidance of doubt, save in respect of Faulty or defective Products, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall give you rights of refund in regard to the Products, which, are personalised by nature.
You must return any Product to Us in its original packaging (which You should retain for this purpose).
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
